Rum soaked almond pound cake layers filled and frosted
with an amaretto mascarpone cream, garnished with caramelized
almonds and powdered sugar. Plated with raspberry coulis
and fresh fruit
White Chocolate Chambord Cheesecake
Elegant mixture of creamy white chocolate and Chambord
liqueur combined in our N.Y. style cheesecake base and
topped with a brilliant raspberry glaze, white chocolate
web, finished with our raspberry Chambord sauce and fresh
raspberries.
Chocolate Mélange
Chocolate sponge cake layered with white, milk, and dark
chocolate mousse, topped with a chocolate filed rolled
wafer, garnished with vanilla- passion fruit coulis.
Raspberry Passion
Yellow Genoise layered with raspberry and passion fruit
mousse, finished with passion fruit glaze and white chocolate
filigree, garnished with raspberry and passion fruit sauces.
